Complaints Procedure – TS Accounting

If you are dissatisfied, please follow the process below.
Step 1 – Informal Resolution

We aim to resolve issues promptly and informally where possible.
Step 2 – Formal Complaint
If unresolved, submit your complaint in writing including:
Your name
Business name
Description of issue
Relevant dates
We will acknowledge within 5 working days and aim to resolve within 28 days.
Step 3 – Escalation
If you remain dissatisfied, you may escalate the complaint to our senior management for independent review.
External Resolution
If still unresolved, you may refer your complaint to the relevant professional body or the Financial Ombudsman Service where applicable.
